Oh my gosh, is this harmed as in you’re still considering to carry on or harmed as in a long time ago and never since? I don’t want to be invasive or brooding, but like the above comment, if you need someone to talk to just say ☹️💕

+ I’ve also gone through that, I know how it feels. I once ran in front of a bus, but fortunately it stopped. It was kind of scary then what I was capable of doing.
